Dyan Soloman is the co-owner of Olive + Gourmando, Foxy, Il Po Di Piu, some of Montreal's top restaurants. She has also just released the long-awaited Olive + Gourmando cookbook, and I sat down with her to talk about that project, as well as the "mini-empire" that she oversees, an empire that is close to so many Montrealers' hearts.
